We have proceeded by setting up four different lines on our cocktail menu which was created with flavours native to Bodrum.
We have enriched Gin, Vodka, whiskey and tequila based cocktails with sweet & sour, bitter and refreshing-green aromas, allowing their combination with flavours that allow different tastes to exist in the palate, such as beets and ginger. Your Draught beers are chilled in fridges with special dry refrigeration systems and are poured through automated Pubinno electronic spouts, hands-free and icy cold.You can find out your beers degree of coldness digitally from your barmaid/man while you are grabbing it.
